IMPORTANT TIPS FOR ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP:
Scroll to the bottom of each page to advance to the next page. You will know that the scholarship request has been sent to Youth Advantage when you get to the bottom of the final page which states "complete another online request or return to home page".
Assistance is available to qualifying youth for:

Registration Options
You have two alternatives to apply for a Youth Advantage scholarship. 1) Complete online registration and mail required documents as indicated on the checklist in the registration process. This method will expedite your application. 2) Mail an application along with required documents to Youth Advantage. You can request an application or find out where you can pick up an application by calling Youth Advantage.
For online registration, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Complete this online registration form completely.
- Step 2: Mail required documents as indicated in the Required Forms section to Youth Advantage.
- Step 3: You will receive a confirmation that your application is accepted or denied, usually within two weeks of its receipt at Youth Advantage’s post office box.

Maximize Your Child's Scholarship Dollars!
- If you are registering your child/children for activities offered through District 834's Community Education, you are welcome to download their Financial Assistance Form (see link to right).
- Community Ed,'s scholarship dollars will be layered with Youth Advantage's scholarship dollars to maximize both organization's scholarships, allowing you to enroll your child/children in more activities throughout the year!
- NOTE: Forward Community Ed.'s Financial Assistance Form to Youth Advantage along with the items mentioned at the end of our online scholarship.
- NOTE: Community Education occasionally runs out of scholarship dollars and each child is allowed $100 per school year; if either situation occurs for your child, Community Ed. scholarship funds will not be used in conjunction with Youth Advantage's scholarships.
